Thank you for participating in my pen pal club. I may be charging $16/mo to members in the future, but always FREE to my private group of friends. Please remember that each member will be writing (and mailing) one short note each month to their assigned pen pal (I provide everything...stationary, postage, clear instructions etc) so please follow through with that part so everyone gets a letter. THANK YOU.
Please fill out this simple form (below) carefully. This is what I will use for the mailings. It will appear on your address labels and letters--EXACTLY as you type it into this short form. Please proof read it before submitting
Do I need to upload a photo? This will be your bio photo (I will convert it into a black and white sketch). ONE member each month will see your bio information when they are writing you their letter. This is optional, but highly recommended. It makes your pen pal feel like they are connecting to a REAL PERSON...NOT JUST A NAME AND ADDRESS on a piece of paper.
IMPORTANT: ALL info in this form is kept private and will only be seen by ONE member each month. It will be completely deleted from the system upon cancellation--and will never be shared with any other parties.
